My newest book “A Snapshot of Kinston & Lenoir County During WWII” is scheduled for release on Friday May 10, 2024. The book debut will be celebrated with a book signing and WWII display, featuring some Kinston/Lenoir County specific photos and memorabilia. My 1943 WWII Jeep will be on display outside the Queen Street Deli, where the debut events will be centered. I’m also hoping to arrange a couple of WWII “soldiers” to dress out and add a little ambiance to the day’s activities.
